Shake up your Superbowl Snacks this weekend!

Mini Pancake Skewers

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. All you need is to add 2 scoops of exante Buttermilk Pancake Mix to ⅓ cup of water (or milk if you want a creamier texture). Feel free to add more liquid if your batter feels too thick, you can make it your own.
  2. It’s time to cook! Pour the batter into small circle on a preheated, lightly greased pan or griddle and flip once golden and they stop bubbling away.
  3. Once cooled, alternatively place a pancake and chopped strawberries to the perfect sweet bite!

Chocolate Football Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop exante Chocolate Shake
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar free Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add your exante Chocolate Shake, Bananas, Nut Butter and Cocoa Powder until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Sugar free Chocolate Chips.
  3. Pour the smooth batter into a greased pan and bake for 18-20 minutes at 350F
  4. Leave to cool
  5. Now it’s time to have some fun – shape using a cookie cutter and decorate to make your super tasty brownies into mini footballs!

  1. It’s as simple as mixing all ingredients together!
  2. There you have it a delicious cookie dough dip to dip your favorite healthy fruit and treats into.
