I’m impressed!
I’m really impressed with all of these products! The shakes really do kill my hunger for three hours, as do the Boosts. After a couple of weeks - and being almost 10 pounds down! - I’ve tasted and learned and my day looks something like this: Coffee Shake + 8 oz of water - 3 hours - Healthy, SAVORY meal (to offset the sweet shakes) - 3 hours - Boost, made with 24 ounces of water (again, very sweet, so this is a much better mix for me) - 3 hours - Shake + 8 oz water I’m finding it very easy to resist constant snacking and searching for “just the right thing”, and I love having a product that allows me to tell myself “you’re not actually hungry, so you don’t need to eat that”. Shake bottle is easy to use and clean, Boost flavors are great, Chocolate shake is phenomenal, and vanilla’s not bad.

great product
I started my diet 2 1/2 months ago with this product. I have lost 27 pounds. The shakes taste so creamy and they are very filling. I have tried just about every flavor, and they all taste awesome. You will be very pleased with this product. The results of your weight loss will amaze you, especially when you feel full.They are packed with lots of vitamins and protein and yaste amazing.
