shaker bottle
I like the shaker cup it is very convenient to use and it washes up like you had it brand new . What I do is I drink my shake after I'm done I put water in it shake it up and wash it later . All of the powder mixes very well put don't use the powder if the cup is wet inside because the powder sticks to the cup and you use a little bit of the powder .
