Mint Chocolate has been a longtime favorite flavor in the dessert world! Who can resist the minty and creamy taste balanced perfectly with the chocolate? I definitely can’t!

Indulging in this favorite can prove challenging in regards to healthy eating and trying to lose weight though.

1. Double Chocolate Mint Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

1/4 c old fashioned oats

2 tbsp. almond flour

1 scoop Chocolate Mint exante Shake

1 tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder

1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. baking powder

3 tbsp. cashew butter

1 tsp. coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract  

1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a small ramekin to set aside.

Mix oats, almond flour, Chocolate Mint exante Shake, cocoa powder, coconut flake, and baking soda and powder together. In a separate bowl, mix cashew butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Add flour mixture and mix until combined.  

Press down into the bottom of the prepared ramekin and bake for about 15-20 minutes.  

Remove from oven and if desired, top with 1/4 c of ice cream or frozen yogurt of choice

Serves 2. Serving size: 1/2 of the cazookie. Calories per serving: 330 / Protein 16g / Carbs 23g / Fat 22g

Bake time: 20 minutes

2. Mint Chocolate Gummies

Ingredients

1 c unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Chocolate Mint exante Shake

3 envelopes unflavored gelatin

2 tbsp. Agave nectar

Directions

Combine almond milk, Chocolate Mint exante Shake, gelatin, and Agave nectar in a saucepan over medium heat about 3-5 minutes, until powder has fully dissolved.  

Pour mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays. Refrigerate about 20 minutes, or until set. Enjoy!

Serving size: 1/2 of the gummies. Calories per serving: 160 / Protein 15g / Carbs 23g / Fat 2g

Prep time: 5 minutes

Chill time: 20 minutes

3. Mint Chocolate Covered Pretzel Bark

Ingredients

40 mini pretzel twists

1 scoop Chocolate Mint exante Shake

1/4 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside. Crush mini pretzel twists and set aside. Melt chocolate chips and mix with Greek yogurt and Chocolate Mint Shake and pour over pretzels.  

Mix until combined and press down into loaf pan. Freeze about 10 minutes, until solid. Cut into 10 cubes and enjoy!

Serving size: 1 cube. Calories per serving: 90 / Protein 3g / Carbs 14g / Fat 3g

Prep time: 5 minutes

Freeze time: 10 minutes

4. Mint Chip MilkShake

1 c Chocolate Halo Top Ice Cream

1 scoop Chocolate Mint exante Shake

1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips

1 c unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

5. Chocolate Minty Green Smoothie

2 c raw spinach

1/4 of a fresh avocado

1 scoop Chocolate Mint exante Shake

1 c unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Add ice, blend, and enjoy!

Combine all ingredients over medium heat until hot, but not boiling. Pour into mug and enjoy!

Directions
