Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 c coconut sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Chocolate exante Shake
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin and set aside.
  2. Mash bananas. Add applesauce, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix both flours, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder, and Chocolate shake. Add wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 18 muffins. Serving size: 1 muffin. Calories per serving: 115 / Protein 3g / Carbs 22g / Fat 3g

Black Forest Pie Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Chocolate shake
  • 1/3 c no sugar added cherry pie filling
  • 2/3 c pitted cherries
  • 1/4 package (about 8g) vanilla sugar-free pudding mix
  • 1 whole low-fat graham cracker
  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk

Directions

Add ice and blend.

Salted Caramel Chocolate Creamer

  • 1 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop Salted Caramel shake
  • 1/2 scoop Chocolate shake
  • 1 tbsp. Agave nectar

Directions

Blend all ingredients together or shake in shaker bottle. Store in refrigerator and use in coffee, hot chocolate, etc.

Warm Coconut Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c canned coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 scoop Chocolate shake

Directions

  1. Whisk together coconut milk, corn starch, Chocolate shake, and coconut extract. Stir until cornstarch has dissolved. Cook 3-5 minutes, until mixture thickens.
  2. Remove from heat and divide equally into 2 dessert dishes or jars. Serve warm. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1/4 c chocolate chips
  • 4 c Rice Krispy Cereal
  • 1 scoop Chocolate shake

Directions

  1. Microwave peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips for about 30 seconds, until melted and drippy. Mix with rice crispy cereal, Chocolate shake, butterscotch pudding mix, and almond milk until combined.
  2. Press down into a 9×9 baking pan. Melt chocolate chips and spread on top of bars. Freeze for half hour or until firm. Cut into 16 squares and enjoy!

  • 1 c old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop Vanilla shake
  • 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 c fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray donut pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix vanilla extract, almond milk, and coconut oil. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Fill donut molds (should fill 9). Bake for 16-18 minutes. Enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp. low-fat granola
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced

Directions

Mix Greek yogurt, Vanilla shake, and banana cream pie mix until smooth. Top with granola and sliced bananas. Enjoy!

  • 1/2 c uncooked quinoa
  • 1 c unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla shake
  • 1/4 c pineapple juice
  • 2 c fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 4 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. In a small pot, whisk together Vanilla shake, coconut milk, and pineapple juice until smooth. Add quinoa and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes or until quinoa has absorbed coconut milk.
  2. Divide quinoa into 4 bowls (about 1/2 c each) and top each bowl with 1/2 c pineapple and 1 tbsp. coconut flakes.

Serves 4. Serving size: 1/2 c cooked quinoa plus topping. Calories per serving: 200 / Protein 7g / Carbs 30g / Fat 6g

  • 1 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla shake
  • 1 c Honey Nut Cheerios

Directions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt and Vanilla shake until smooth. Fold in Honey Nut Cheerios and scoop into six 3 oz. Snack cups and add popsicle sticks.
  2. Freeze about 2 hours, or until solid. Enjoy!
