Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen bananas
1 scoop Strawberry Exante Meal Replacement Shake
1/2 tsp flaxseed
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
3/4 cup almond milk

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!

Chocolate-y Mug Cake

Ingredients
1 scoop Chocolate Exante Meal Replacement Shake
1 Egg
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp Oat Flour
3-5 tbsp Almond Milk- add more if the texture is too thick
½ Banana mashed

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug. Heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Healthy Birthday Cake Donuts

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 scoops Birthday Cake Exante Shake
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tbsp honey
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Sprinkles *optional*

Icing:
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
4 tbsp almond milk
•
Topping:
Sprinkles *optional*
•
Instructions:
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking powder, and exante shake.
2.In a separate bowl combine honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, and 1 egg together. Whisk until fully combined. Then add to your dry ingredients and mix together.
3.Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking oil and place batter into piping bag, fill donut pan. (makes about 9 donuts)
4.Cook for about 10 minutes. Then take them out and let them cool.
5.Mix together ingredients for icing, add to your donuts and enjoy!

Cookies & Cream Mug Cake

Ingredients
1 scoop Cookies & Cream Exante Shake
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 banana
2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug. Heat for about 1 minute and 15 seconds. Enjoy!

Birthday Cake Bites

Ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 scoops Exante Birthday Cake Shake
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup oat flour
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
almond milk (as needed)
Sprinkles *optional*

Icing *optional*
3 tbsp Powdered erythritol
1 tbsp almond milk

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together. Add almond milk if the mixture is too dry. (about 2 tbsp) Roll into 15 balls. Add icing and enjoy!

1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/4 cup frozen banana
1 scoop Exante Birthday Cake Shake

Ingredients
1 banana
3 tbsp peanut butter powder
1 tsp peanut butter
1 scoop Vanilla Exante Meal Replacement Shake

1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder

Instructions
1. Blend together smoothie ingredients. Place in bowl.
2. Mix together cocoa powder and coconut oil. Pour over smoothie and place in freezer until the shell has hardened. Enjoy!

1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug. Heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Healthy Cookie Dough Milkshake

Ingredients
Cookie Dough:
1 packet of Exante Cookies & Cream Shake
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
3-5 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips
(Makes about 12 cookie dough bites)

Milkshake
3 tablespoons coconut milk
1 banana
1 sample pack of Exante Cookies & Cream Shake
1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
1. Mix together all ingredients for the cookie dough and form into about 12 balls.
2. Blend the ingredients together for the milkshake. Place 3-5 cookie dough balls on top & enjoy!

Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
3/4 cup frozen berries
1 frozen banana

1-2 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 cup oats
