10 Irresistible Salted Caramel Shake Recipes

salted caramel shake

Confession: I generally crave salty foods over sweet ones. Give me a burger, potato chips, or fries and I am one happy girl. But one dessert that I cannot seem to pass up on? Salted caramel. I have always loved caramel. Either as a sauce to put on my brownies, ice cream, or apples, or inside a chocolate bar, and in ice cream form. I love it all.

And when it’s salted? Even better. The sea salt complements the caramel so well, adding a little salt to an otherwise extremely sweet dessert. And this is probably the reason that I love it so much. The salt works to enhance and complement the sweetness, making for one delicious and highly irresistible treat.

But what I don’t love? How I feel after eating these foods. They are fattening, full of sugar, and other additives, and don’t provide many nutritional benefits. So instead, I turn to Salted Caramel exante Shake.

exante Shakes are a low-calorie meal replacement shake, that is tested and proven to keep you full for up to three hours. With 110-120 calories and 3g of sugar or less per shake, you can feel good about what you are putting into your body and still enjoy the deliciousness that is salted caramel.

Here are 10 healthy Salted Caramel exante Shake recipes that you are definitely going to want to try!
