Ingredients 1 scoop Chocolate Exante Meal Replacement Shake 1 Egg ½ tsp Vanilla Extract 3 tbsp Oat Flour 3-5 tbsp Almond Milk- add more if the texture is too thick ½ Banana mashed •Instructions 1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug. Heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Enjoy!
Healthy Birthday Cake Donuts
Ingredients 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 2 scoops Birthday Cake Exante Shake 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 tbsp honey 1 egg 1/2 cup almond milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted Sprinkles *optional* •Icing: 1/4 cup greek yogurt 1/4 cup powdered erythritol 4 tbsp almond milk •Topping: Sprinkles *optional* •Instructions: 1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking powder, and exante shake. 2.In a separate bowl combine honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, and 1 egg together. Whisk until fully combined. Then add to your dry ingredients and mix together. 3.Spray your donut pan with non-stick cooking oil and place batter into piping bag, fill donut pan. (makes about 9 donuts) 4.Cook for about 10 minutes. Then take them out and let them cool. 5.Mix together ingredients for icing, add to your donuts and enjoy!

Mix all ingredients together. Add almond milk if the mixture is too dry. (about 2 tbsp) Roll into 15 balls. Add icing and enjoy!
